Malaysia — reporting first, savings second.
Large consumers face annual energy-reporting obligations, and utility demand charges make peak kW expensive. Both are addressable with sub-metering and monitoring — without replacing your equipment.
Energy reporting
Large consumers need auditable annual energy figures. Continuous metering and dashboards make the submission numbers available without a plant shutdown.
Peak demand cost
Utility bills often charge peak kW separately from energy. Seeing demand in real time is usually where the visible saving starts.
What we do in Malaysia
Sub-metering, retrofit BMS and reporting
Sub-metering and energy monitoring, retrofit BMS, integration with existing BACnet and Modbus systems, and reporting dashboards that produce the numbers you need to file.
Where this has already been done
Our Malaysia work record
We delivered a retrofit BMS with LoRaWAN IoT monitoring to a building operated by TNB Energy Services, and a LoRaWAN monitoring POC for UNITEN — both within the TNB Group. Cloud monitoring is deployed across 12+ sites in Malaysia.
