Energy services and M&E contractors
The measurement and reporting layer underneath your performance contract. We do not compete for your project.
What a monitoring layer has to deliver
The measurement and reporting layer underneath your performance contract
A defensible baseline
Consumption measured at the incomer, per floor, per tenant or per circuit before the work starts — so the before-and-after comparison is built on readings rather than assumptions.
Verified savings
The platform calculates before-and-after energy, carbon and cost performance, so a saving can be shown to the client rather than asserted.
Demand monitoring
Peak demand is often billed separately from energy, so a clear demand reading is often where the visible saving sits.
Tenant and area allocation
Sub-metering that supports cost allocation across occupiers, which is what turns an engineering result into a services-charge line the client can defend.
Regulatory reporting
Output shaped for the reports your client or regulator needs — annual energy figures in Malaysia, and building energy-audit packs in Hong Kong.
Open access to the data
The readings are yours and your client's, on a platform you can both log into, not locked inside a vendor's portal.
Why wireless works here
Why contractors use it rather than build it
No capital cost in the metering — the platform runs as a subscription instead of a system you have to fund and maintain.
Installation that does not disturb the client: wireless devices go onto an occupied building floor by floor, with battery life of 4–10+ years.
Works alongside your existing Modbus and BACnet instrumentation, so the site is not re-instrumented from scratch.
Reporting a client can read — a dashboard and a report, not a raw data dump.
We supply the monitoring. We do not bid for your ESCO contract.
Where this has already been done
We delivered a retrofit BMS with LoRaWAN monitoring for a TNB Energy Services building, and a LoRaWAN monitoring POC for UNITEN — both in the TNB Group. Cloud monitoring is live across 12+ sites in Malaysia.
